Online vs. Location Auction Terms:	Auctions that are Online Live Bid Auctions have to comply to the terms of the current auction. All online bid's are not final until the Location auction has closed. If no Location auction is scheduled, Online auctions rule. All Online and Location auctions are subject to Auctioneer and/or Bank and/or Sellers approval. Terms - Real Estate:	A 10% down deposit is required on day of sale. The balance is due within 30 days after sale.
Terms - Equipment:	Full payment of all equipment on the day of the sale.
Terms - Other:	This is a 10% Buyers Premium sale. 10% will be added to your final bid price.
Terms - Closing:	The successful bidder will sign a real estate sales contract at the auction. Closings usually take place within 30 days of the close of the auction.
