Terms - Real Estate: A 10% down deposit is required on day of sale. The balance is due within 30 days after sale.
Terms - Equipment: Full payment of all equipment on the day of the sale.
Terms - Other: This is a 10% Buyers Premium sale.
10% will be added to your final bid price.
